BODY.FACE.LAB Website

I built the BODY.FACE.LAB website from the ground up using WordPress, setting up the site on secure hosting through Flywheel and creating a fully customized multi-page website based around the client’s branding, logo, and service offerings.

Working closely with the client, I helped develop the website content, organize the user experience, and create a design that reflected the calming and professional atmosphere of the spa. I focused on creating clear pathways for visitors to learn about services and move toward booking an appointment.

A major part of the project was integrating the spa’s online scheduling workflow. I helped set up the Square Booking Flow for the first time, including connecting the online booking experience with a physical POS device so the business could manage appointments and payments more efficiently.

Beyond the website build, I worked with BODY.FACE.LAB to create and organize website content designed around their services and customer needs. I also wrote blog articles focused on keyword optimization to help improve search visibility and attract potential clients searching for massage and wellness services.

The blog was created as a long-term marketing tool, giving the spa the ability to continue publishing helpful content while building organic search traffic.

To support the launch of the spa beyond the website, I also created branded promotional materials including a printable menu of services and promotional posters featuring QR codes that directed customers back to the website and booking experience.

These materials helped create a consistent brand presence across both digital and physical customer touchpoints.

BODY.FACE.LAB now has a complete digital foundation that allows customers to discover services, book appointments, purchase gift cards, and interact with the brand online. The website provides the spa with a professional marketing platform while simplifying the process of converting visitors into scheduled appointments.
