Best of the Worst Podcast

The Goal

The goal of this project was to transform an existing 30-minute segment from a local radio show into a video-first experience designed to build a larger audience across YouTube and social media platforms.

To make the show engaging for online viewers, we needed to capture the energy of a live studio recording while creating a polished multi-camera production that could hold attention beyond the original radio audience.

My Involvement

I produced four full episodes of The Best of the Worst, handling the production workflow from recording through publishing. This included managing multi-camera recordings, editing the show into a podcast-style video format, creating social media content, and helping establish the visual identity of the show.

I also produced over 120 short-form clips from the episodes and adapted them for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to help expand reach and introduce new viewers to the show.

Results

The Best of the Worst project combined live production, video editing, branding, and social media strategy to help transform a local radio segment into a digital entertainment format. By creating both long-form episodes and short-form highlights, the show was positioned to reach audiences across multiple platforms while keeping the original personality and comedy at the center of the experience.
