University Family Medicine Website

The primary focus of this project was to create a modern website that would:

• Replace an outdated and broken legacy site
• Improve mobile responsiveness across all devices
• Establish a professional and trustworthy online presence for the practice
• Make key patient forms and contact information easier to access online

I handled the full technical setup and build of the new website, including:

• Setting up secure WordPress hosting for the client
• Designing and developing a custom WordPress theme using the Salient framework
• Rebuilding the site architecture from the ground up for better usability
• Migrating and restructuring content from the original site into a more modern, media-rich format
• Collaborating directly with a nurse practitioner at the practice to refine and rewrite key content for clarity and patient friendliness

The final product is a significantly improved digital presence that better represents the professionalism of the practice. The new site is easier for patients to navigate, works seamlessly on mobile devices, and presents medical information in a clear and approachable way. It successfully transformed an outdated site into a modern, patient-focused platform.
